I #LoveAudiobooks!

16 June 2016

June  is Audiobook Month! To celebrate, the Audio Publishers Association (APA) kicked off a video campaign titled “A Good Audiobook Speaks Volumes” in which authors and narrators share why we #LoveAudiobooks!

I had such fun in creating this 2:01 video, which premiered today on the Audiobook Community Facebook page. I hope you enjoy it! If you also love audiobooks, please tell me your favorite audiobook in the comments. I’m always searching for my next good listen! 🙂

Nice job, Karen! Very well done. 🙂

Like you, I love to listen, too. I always have one audiobook going
along with a print book. Right now I’m listening to “The Swans of Fifth
Avenue” by Melanie Benjamin and narrated by Cassandra Campbell
and Paul Boehmer. Really enjoying it. I also love listening to nonfiction —
particularly memoirs and biographies. I listen when I do housework, exercise,
late at night (after long hours at my PC screen), and whenever I travel.

Again, great job on your video!

Hi, Lee Ann! I can’t thank you enough for your continued support and encouragement! I really wish we’d had time to talk in Chicago. We’ll have to remedy that situation next time!

Your listening habits sound like mine. No, we’re not obsessed….not at all! 🙂

Thanks for the book rec and for the nice comments about my video.

      Karen
